Our client wanted a luxury birthday brunch in London that would feel bold and elegant. The vision was to create a celebration for 20 guests that went beyond decor. A space that combined personalised details and elevated styling to mark their birthday.

Where It Started
The design direction began with the client's outfit. A striking red dress chosen by the client, which set the tone for the entire celebration. From there, we developed a cohesive red-themed event concept that paired bold styling with refined details:
Red napkins with mirrored charger plates for a glamorous yet polished look.
Personalised red envelopes with handwritten letters for each guest, doubling as part of the decor.
Floral arrangements in rich red tones for depth and texture.
Custom acrylic place cards with red vinyl lettering to elevate the tablescape.
A long dining table was selected to encourage connection and conversation, ensuring the brunch remained both intimate and stylish.
How It Ended
The final design was a seamlessly styled birthday brunch where every detail felt intentional. The red-drenched theme unified the celebration, while the thoughtful touches created an atmosphere of warmth and luxury. Guests were immersed in a setting that balanced sophisticated event design with personal storytelling, leaving a lasting impression.
